We obtain decaffeinated organic coffee by means of the natural process known as Mountain Water, a decaffeination system consisting of immersing the green coffee beans in water, ensuring that the latter retains the coffee’s soluble components. During the process, once the caffeine has been removed from the water, the latter is reintroduced and the coffee beans dry out again, so that they maintain all their original characteristics, flavour and aroma.
